Refund & Returns Policy

BMXAuctions.com is a peer-to-peer marketplace. All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly. This policy outlines how refunds and returns are handled on our platform.

Auction Purchases

All auction sales are final. By placing a bid, you agree to complete the purchase if you are the winning bidder. Winning bidders who fail to complete payment may have their account suspended.

Item Not as Described

If you receive an item that is significantly different from the listing description, you may file a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. BMXAuctions.com will review the claim and may facilitate a return and refund at our discretion.

Item Not Received

If your item has not arrived within the seller’s stated shipping timeframe, contact the seller first. If the issue is not resolved, you may open a dispute through your dashboard. Items must include tracking information provided by the seller.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, document the damage with photos immediately and contact the seller. Shipping insurance claims are the responsibility of the seller unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Platform Fees

Platform fees and listing fees are non-refundable. Transaction fees are only refunded if a full refund is processed through the platform’s dispute resolution process.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or open a dispute, log into your account and navigate to your Dashboard. Select the relevant order and click “Open Dispute.” Provide photos and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
